We email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page with your order number and email.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Payments are processed securely and we never store your card number. Charges appear on your statement as WWW.GIZELECTRONICS.COM.
