These terms apply to every purchase from gizelectronics.com (“Gizelectronics”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Shipping

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Compatibility statements (for example “works with Apple CarPlay”) mean the product is designed to work with that system; brand names belong to their owners and those companies do not make or endorse our products. Wellness devices are not medical devices.

Warranty

If an item arrives defective or stops working because of a manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
