Where we ship

We currently ship to street addresses in all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally yet.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
• Delivery: usually 7 to 14 business days after the order ships.

Items ship from our partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check status on our Track Your Order page.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund.
